From Transitions to Transformations:
My Journey and How I Can Support Yours
My Story
My life has been a journey of transitions, explorations, gifts, and hardships. These experiences have been my best teachers, revealing lessons and insights, sometimes years later—a gift of sage wisdom.
I am a steward, coach, and facilitator. I work with women and entrepreneurs navigating transitions to design and manifest authentic, meaningful lives, work, and relationships. Together, we cultivate awareness, resilience, tools, and agency to thrive in today’s complexity.
I am also a speaker, author, animal lover, gardener, mother to two, and grandmother to two beloved granddaughters. Growing up as one of five daughters, I’ve experienced the beauty, energy, and challenges of feminine power, which deeply influences my purpose of supporting and empowering women as impactful change agents.
Over decades, I’ve explored leading-edge awareness tools, ancient wisdom maps, and learned from incredible mentors and teachers. My coaching is grounded in the belief that inner work impacts outer work. The more I grow, the more I can help my clients grow. Coaching, for me, is a partnership where we focus on your intentions and goals.
My diverse background includes studying nature through a master’s degree in Landscape Studies and a wide-ranging career in business development, marketing, HR, program management, and sales. I’ve started and led several businesses, including a thriving landscape design practice. These experiences, along with my personal life and relationships, have been powerful teachers.
One of my passions is nurturing and stewarding nature. I co-own and steward Bend of Ivy Lodge, a private eco-sanctuary in Asheville, NC. This retreat center serves clients doing transformative work. My years as a landscape designer gave me a deep appreciation for the parallels between nature and humans—both thrive with healthy roots, good nutrients, and space to grow.
This perspective shapes my coaching philosophy. I feel called to steward both people and the planet.
What Nature Teaches Us
Healthy roots are foundational.
Good soil supports growth.
Space and care allow flourishing.
Intentional nourishment cultivates beautiful blooming, thriving.
This is what I aim to bring into my work with clients—supporting them to grow with intention, care, and resilience.
My Purpose
I work with clients who are curious, open, and ready to do the deep work to transition and transform. In uur work together, clients discover unconscious and often self-sabotaging patterns that keep them‘stuck’, and how to get un-stuck. To notice and name something (pattern, fear, habit, etc) gives it space to change. This is a necessary step to sustainably transition with intention, clarity, and agency to create new beginnings with better choices for your life, work, and relationships. Probably change will happen on that journey. By designing a meaningful life work map and direction, clients know what they want and don’t want as life moves forward. This is my experience, for myself and for my clients.
We explore, discover options, and transition stages of life-work-relationships long endings, messy middles, and new beginnings with care, compassion, and great tools.
As Mary Oliver so beautifully asks, “What do you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
Working together, my clients:
Cultivate awareness, clarity, voice, decision-making, and purpose.
Become better, wiser, and adaptable leaders and change agents.
Find their unique gifts and authentic voice.
Increase their influence, impact, and income.
Lead and live better, with awareness, intention, and agency.
I love working with curious, open individuals who are ready to discover and create meaningful lives, work, and relationships.
My Experience
I’ve been a developmental coach, supporting women, leaders and entrepreneurs through transitions and growth since 2014. At that time I also co-founded Intentional Growth LLC. I moved to the Asheville area and transitioned to a new life, work and business opportunity. I’m an entrepreneur, and had envisioned a ‘next chapter dream’ that manifested decades before I intended it to.
My coaching approach draws on a diverse toolbox of Eastern and Western modalities. These include credentials in Presence-Based® Coaching, Enneagram Systems (multiple certifications), system dynamics, well-being modalities, neuroscience, trauma-healing and Somatic Experiencing.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), I integrate modern practices and systems like the Enneagram, mindfulness, trauma support, well-being, neuroscience, breathwork, and family constellations to help clients achieve growth and alignment across Emotional, Relational, Physical, Systems and Transition Intelligence (EQ, RQ, PQ, SQ, TQ).
I offer coaching sessions virtually and in-person at my retreat center, Bend of Ivy Lodge, in Asheville, NC.
